Competition Terms

Competitions will run from and to the dates stated on our website, social media platforms and/or in-store.
Entrants must be UK residents.
The winner/s will be chosen at random on a pre-specified date from a combined list of Facebook, Instagram, website and/or in-store entries, depending on the platform/s on which the competition is hosted.
The winner/s will be announced on the relevant platform/s and contacted through the Busby & Fox social page/s and/or their email address, where relevant to the competition entry process.
We'll make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or has not claimed their prize within a maximum of thirty days of notification, we reserve the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant.
Entries are only valid when submitted according to the instructions posted on this website page and/or on relevant publicity materials.
Prizes subject to availability. In the event that the prize becomes unavailable for any reason, we reserve the right to substitute a different prize of equal value.
The prize must be redeemed in accordance with the terms provided at the time, and is not negotiable, transferable and may not be exchanged or refunded for cash. There are no substitutions for the prize except by Busby & Fox, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted.
All social media competitions hosted by Busby & Fox are not sponsored, endorsed or in any way affiliated with Instagram or Facebook.

Eligibility: Open to UK residents aged 18+. One entry per person.
Promotion Period: Opens at 00:00 on Wednesday, 13th May 2026. Closes at 23:59 on Friday, 22nd May 2026.
How to Enter: Enter by signing up to the Busby & Fox mailing list via the dedicated entry form linked exclusively on our Instagram.
The Prize: One winner will receive two gift cards:
A £250 Busby & Fox gift card (redeemable in-store or online).
A Sparkling Afternoon Tea gift card for two at The Alice, The Randolph Hotel, Oxford (value £99).
Prize Conditions: Both gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
The Afternoon Tea is redeemable only at The Alice, Oxford. Busby & Fox is not responsible for making reservations; booking is subject to the venue’s availability. No cash alternative is available.
Winner Selection: One winner will be chosen at random and contacted via the email address provided.
Claiming the Prize: The winner has seven days to respond to the notification email. If no response is received within this time, Busby & Fox reserves the right to select a runner-up.
Delivery: Vouchers will be delivered digitally via email. Please ensure your contact details are accurate.

Winner Selection: One winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries and contacted via the email address provided.
Claiming the Prize: The winner must respond within seven days of notification. If the prize is not claimed within this window, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
Delivery: Items will be sent via standard delivery to a UK address provided by the winner. Busby & Fox will cover all delivery costs.
